Early Intervention, in its various forms, has proven to be an effective tool in promoting positive relationships with our child support clients, which in turn has shown to increase the likelihood and consistency of payments. However, the relationship between parents can also play a role in our ability to work a case successfully. It is no surprise that conflict between parents has a significant impact on children-- But what role does child support have in promoting positive co-parenting? This webinar will highlight early intervention and education efforts that promote responsible parenting and minimize the conflict that happens in the presence of children.  Participants will learn about early intervention efforts being implemented through child support programs and practical ideas for replication that may improve parental relationships and ultimately program performance.
